Character Breakdown:
Nicolas - Male, 16-21, to play 18, Spanish/hispanic, Family friend and Ariana’s romantic interest from Spain who comes from Spain for a visit. His first time in America, does not speak great english. Good looking, suave, flirtacious, outgoing, enjoys making Drew jealous, Speaks with a Castilian accent. (must learn if you don’t know it) Does not actually speak spanish in the film, but needs the accent.
MARTIN HALPERIN - Old farmer that hurts his leg. Non-speaking role but will do some painful cries/moans.
CONNIE HALPERIN - Farmer's wife. Rushes her husband to the clinic, cries, very emotional and almost passes out when sees blood. Non-speaking role. 1 day.
ABUSIVE MAN - Opening scene. Violent husband beating up his wife in the corridor outside of Tessa's apartment. Few lines on camera, some voiceover as we see the scene out the window.
